We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. We do offer store credit upon receipt of the clothing product. All items that are returned will be expected for signs of make-up, perfume etc. which if present we will assume it has been worn and so the return request will be automatically be rejected.

All returns must be paid for by the customer. If the return is rejected and the customer would like to keep the item they will have to pay for the shipping costs.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 working days for all UK orders. This excludes bank holidays where it may take longer.

Next day shipping takes 1-2 working days.

As with most abayas, our abayas are sized based on your height. So if you are 5"2 your abaya size is 52, if you are 5"6 your abaya size is 56 etc. Please pay attention to the product description in case we mention for you to size up or down for an abaya.

If you are ordering from outside the UK it may be possible that you will be expected to pay custom tax by your country. Please check if this is the case for your country as we cannot advise you on this.
